Dog friendly campsites near Woolacombe beach?

'We arrived on a rather misty rainy afternoon, but the campsite more than made up for that! We had a very friendly welcome and after a walk through what we think is the best dog walk we have come across, headed through the woodland to a pub in the village of Lee, perfect!
There was entertainment that evening from Josh Doyle, an excellent singer who entertained in a canvas marque set up for one night only.
Great toilet and showers ,spotless and with lovely under floor heating, hotelesque!!

When weather did clear what great views of the sea and a fab campsite with fishing lake.
Great location for walking the coastal paths or just a short drive to Morthoe and Woolacombe.
We cant wait to return in our campervan to what is now one of our favourite campsites, thanks guys.'

Just returned from a second stay it just gets better and better (not the weather) everyone very helpful, fantastic facilities 10/10. If you're looking for a base from which to explore North Devon it does not get any better than Warcombe Farm, we will be back very soon.

Northover

Have recently returned from a 6 night stay at this site. We had pitch 164, which was a slightly tight fit for our Royal Atlanta 8 (plus side extension). That said, it was lovely secluded pitch, nice and level, and obviously well maintained.

The site staff were unbelievably helpful, showing us directly to our pitch, and offering all sorts of help to get us started. The chap even offered to plug in our EHU for us. I was confident I could manage it unaided though.

We did however manage to split a pole when putting the tent up, and found that our water container had sprung a pinhole leak when filling it for the first time this year. That was how I found out that the site shop is a little low on camping supplies. Nicely stocked with eggs and bacon etc, but you might go wanting if you need some emergency camping gear. [There is a Motorhome and Caravan store just three miles away at Mullacott]

The loos and showers were great, no complaints there (especially as we were reasonably close to them) - but I can imagine it'd be a bit of a hike if your were lower down in the field.

No noise problems, some lovely walks down to Lee and Woolacombe, and nicely located for other walks (Tarka trail etc. ) make this a really pleasant site to stay at.

The provided trails through the lower field makes this a popular camp site with dog owners - but there were no noisy dogs - and no mess. Plenty of bins for all that, so no worries for folk like me who are a little intolerant of mutts.

All in all, a great campsite that I'd have no hesitation in recommending to friends, or returning to ourselves.
