Secluded pitches to accommodate all types of campers

Secluded pitches to accommodate all types of campers

Many of our pitches offer a level of seclusion not offered on many other campsites. Our secluded pitches offer a cosy level of privacy for couple, families and small groups. They are also designed to offer shelter from the sea breezes that do pick up from time to time.

The pitches are spacious, flat and some are in secluded areas. The wash rooms, loos and pot wash areas are clean and spacious with constant hot water. The family wash rooms are a godsend for those of you with kiddies, although the individual showers would easily accommodate one adult and an child in same cubicle.

Mike, who showed us to our pitch was informative about the area, friendly and helpful. Our pitch was secluded with trees and shrubs surrounding us which was lovely.

Best campsite you will ever visit!

Just returned from 2 weeks camping. This was our second visit to Warcombe Farm we also camped there last year. If you want a loud campsite with a club then this is definitely not the place for you.

Instead what Warcombe offer is a peaceful relaxing campsite which is spotlessly clean. My children loved the playground and made lots of new friends. We felt safe letting them play. Not only that, but when they went to bed they didn't wake up till well after nine in the morning, totally unheard of in my house!

Our pitch was beautiful at the side of the lake, we loved watching the ducks and the sunset of an evening.

The showers are lovely and clean and extremely spacious, plus you never have to queue. The weather wasn't the best but you soon forget about the rain once the sun starts shining. There are lots of washing machines and dryers too which always come in useful.

The dog walk is beautiful and is worth going for a wander even if you don't have a dog. Staff are all helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble for them.

Woolacombe beach is beautiful as is Saunton Sands. If you fancy eating out we visited Cook Island on a few occasions, which we all enjoyed. There is a Tesco in Ilfracombe and also a Lidl. The site also has a small shop which my kids loved visiting to buy some sweets.

If I was to have one criticism, it is that Warcombe Farm is so lovely that my children are always sad when it is time to leave. Well worth the 6 hour drive to get there. We have booked for next year and we can't wait to return can't imagine going anywhere else now.

Warcombe Farm Camping Park:
Delighted to hear what a wonderful holiday you had with us. Our woodland walk offers everyone a great leisure area and provides access to the coastal paths.

A fantastic place to stay, facilities are superb, staff are wonderful.

If you enjoy fishing too, you cannot go to a better place, 196 fish caught in 1 day !!! ... tench, carp, roach etc. , !! ... We were blown away ! Lost count of the weeks catch after 700+. Decent size carp (mirror, common and ghost), kids will love the site, zip-wire and play area.

Woolacombe beach with the fantastic golden sands is only a 5 min drive away. If you need a holiday and haven't decided where to go... . look no further !!. . Trust me, you will love it. Thank you so much to the staff at Warcombe, especially to Stuart. Love you all, and we will definitely be back to see you all soon... xxxx
