We happened upon Warcombe Farm by accident, a very lucky accident.
What a lovely site. Excellent facilities, beautifully maintained site with both open pitches and more private ones.
The surrounding area is beautiful with lovely walks straight from the site and the Tarka Trail for cycling.
We could only stay for a night but will be staying much longer next time.
This was our first time camping 'Tent' and i have to say this site was perfect. The best site we had looked at and were deffinatly coming back for longer next year. Showers are clean and the facilities are very good. The look and feel of the site is perfet Well Done 10/10 Many Thanks
Just returned home after a week long break at Warcombe Farm. What a great site, this was our first time camping for few years and the first time with the 'family'. Excellent facilities, toilets and showers always clean. Big well kept serviced pitches. Site staff always visible if needed, but we never did and they didn't bother visitors. No excessive site rules like some other sites seem to have and a very handy 12 noon departure time. Looking forward to our next visit.

This is one of the best camp sites we have ever stayed on, showers and toilets are first class, very clean and big and plenty of them to use. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Site very quite and lovely views. Nice big safe play area for children and fishing lake is very pretty. Good size pitches. We will go back again next year, but for longer, Peter Whitehead and family. 18/08/07-25/08/07
Had a fantastic week at Warcombe farm. The facilities are so clean the showers and toilets were spotless. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Fishing lake was very good first time fishing for myself and my daughter and what a good experience we had caught lots of fish. Would recommend anyone to go to this site. Will be back next year. Having read the comments on this web page, I took the wife and kids for a few days camping to this site. we have been camping before but that was before the kids came along. Although the weather was damp and windy, to say the least, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and yes the shower/toilet block is everything everyone have written and more. It's just a shame the rain wouldn't let up! The kids loved the play area. the food was almost gourmet. So peaceful, which is why we went in the first place. WELL DONE WARCOMBE FARM. We shall be back.
We have been coming to Warcombe Farm for a few years now, sometimes two or three time a year and have seen the vast improvements made. We can only praise what's been done and agree with all the comments made by other visitors. The owners, the Warden and staff are excellent, so are the toilet blocks. Savoy Standard.. and of course the fishing. Will be visiting again in September. Well done Warcombe Farm.. Maureen and Mike Conway.

We have yet to find a site anywhere to beat Warcombe. Definitely our favourite weekend getaway place. First class facilities, location and layout with fantastic walking around the area. Highly recommended.
We have been visiting Warcombe farm for several years now. As we live in Exeter it makes for a hasty retreat, for some peace and quiet when the mood takes us.
This is a wonderful site, with very pleasant and helpful staff.
The shower blocks are to die for.
With no night life this is just perfect for us and our children, who equally enjoy coming here. One tip, Book Early!.

I Recently visited your site on the first may bank holiday and I must say one of the best sites I have ever stayed on. After reading the comments on the web site before we came away to stay with you, they were definitely right!! What an amazing shower/toilet block!!
Very clean and excellent showers!!!!
The dog walk was brilliant too!!!
We came to Warcombe short notice at the end of August last year. It was a fantastic campsite with very nice facilities, the takeaways were delicious and the shop was very useful. I found it very dog friendly camping, my dog loved the huge fields. So we are looking forward to a much longer stay this year.
p. s the showers are truly excellent.
This was my first venture into camping 'tent'. I was trying to impress the Mrs as she was a 'hotel only' holiday type of lady, after visiting Warcombe she was converted. Top class facilities, This is 5 star in my rating. Get in early for the food, big queues... it's that good. Will be purchasing a caravan hopefully to site at Warcombe. 10/10
We came the 1st week of the school holiday's 2006. This was our 1st year staying at a new camp site. We have been to coming to Woolacombe for nearly 25 years as children and now as parents. The camp site was excellent, very clean with fantastic amenities. The weather was hot and we are hoping to have the same weather this summer please!!!!!!!
Fantastic fishing lake for all levels of anglers. My favourite campsite with toilets so luxurious you wouldn't believe. The lake is well stocked and hauled in 50 fish with my brother in 20 minutes.
Have been to the site 2 years running and in the process of booking again for 2007. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else as the site has everything we need.
Last year my parents visited for a couple of days. They have been caravanning for over 30 years and thought the standard of the site was exceptional. Looking forward to the refurb of the other shower block as we tend to camp at the top of the site. Our 7 year old son loves the play area and we rarely see him in the evenings as he is off making friends.
Staff are all very very helpful and nothing is to much bother for them. Prices very competitive in comparison to other sites in the area and the facilities offered. It's a quick drive to the beach which is glorious come high tide or low with plenty of parking available. Only problem can be the weather but this is England and unfortunately that can't be guaranteed. At least you can be guaranteed of one thing though - a lovely site come rain or shine.
