The definition of a pup tent is a very small 2-man tent (back pack type). Both occupants must be under the age of 16 years old. The 'pup tent' is only valid if a tent/camper or caravan has been checked in and paid for in full.

An OAP (over 60's) discount of £2.00 per unit per night and pets free will be applied (not applicable in high or peak season). Please show appropriate verification on arrival.

Caravan & Camping Club or Caravan Club discount of £1.50 per unit per night (not applicable in high or peak season). Please show membership card on arrival.

Only one discount will be applied per booking, and subject to approval of relevant proof.

We cater for couples and families only and do not allow more than 2 couples or 3 families to a group. No single sex groups of more than three persons.

Group bookings by separate arrangement are accepted but not in high/peak season - you must telephone first for details. Groups are not accepted unless an advance booking is made.

PLEASE READ THE BOOKING DETAILS CAREFULLY

To secure a booking immediate payment is required. If you take advantage of the cancellation plan you can make an initial payment of the full value of 2 nights plus the cancellation plan premium (see details below). The remaining balance will be payable 14 days before your stay commences - NO REMINDER IS SENT. If you do not wish to take advantage of the cancellation plan then full payment is required at the point of booking. We will not give a refund under any circumstances if you do not take advantage of the plan. Please read the details below before you decide how you wish to pay.

CANCELLATION PLAN

No refunds are given, except under the terms of the cancellation plan. We therefore cannot emphasise too strongly the wisdom of taking up this plan. A charge of £1.10 per night premium is payable in addition to the initial payment. We guarantee that this payment protects you up to and including the day before your holiday commences against loss of monies already paid (excluding premium) due to redundancy, jury service, accident, injury, illness or death of any member of your party or close relation. Supporting evidence e.g. Doctors Certificate, Redundancy Notice is required. This supporting evidence should be sent to us by recorded delivery. An administration charge of £10 plus the cancellation premium will be deducted from any monies payable back to you.
Adverse weather conditions are not covered by this plan.

Park Information

Arrival - On the day of your arrival, your pitch will be ready for 2.00 pm. Please do not arrive before midday in high or peak season. In Low and Value seasons you may arrive at any time if you do not have a specific requirement.
On arrival, please check in at reception before pitching your unit. All pitches have been allocated numbers and may be reserved to advance bookings. Please note that pitch numbers are sometimes changed. If you pitch on a reserved pitch, please be aware that you will be asked to move. In high or peak season it is essential that you speak to a member of staff before pitching. In Low and Value Seasons please read the pitching instructions if reception is closed. A member of staff is always on call to assist if required.
If you arrive after 9.00 pm please park on the late arrivals area overnight. We do not allow pitching up between the hours of 9.00 pm and 8.30 am, in order to respect the peace and quiet for our guests already staying on the park. If you cause a disturbance late at night on arrival, you may be asked to leave.
We reserve the right to change your pitch number if necessary but will offer you a pitch of equal or better quality. We will endeavour to let you know, if possible, before you arrive if we have made a change.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your unit will fit on the pitch allocated. Pitches are allocated depending on the information you supply to us. We will send your pitch dimensions with the booking confirmation - you must inform us if you have any concerns or change your type of unit.
Departure - On the day of your departure, you must vacate your pitch by 12.00 Midday.
We operate a zero tolerance policy for individuals whose behaviour or noise causes disturbance to other guests. The park management reserve the right to refuse admission and ask guests to leave where necessary. Refunds will not be given in such circumstances.
If you have a dog please ask a member of staff for a copy of the dog rules which apply on our park. Please observe these carefully.
If you have a concern or complaint please raise it with our staff immediately so that we can resolve it.
If you are interested in fishing our lake, please obtain a permit and fishing information from reception or the shop.
Please note - we do not refund camping fees once your holiday begins
