Sunsets over the Sea

Sunsets over the Sea

We enjoy stunning sunsets most days, and here with the sea as a backdrop and Lundy Island on the horizon.
Lundy means 'puffin' in Norse though these days puffins on the island are in decline, Lundy's wildlife still remains internationally important. In fact Lundy Island is Englands only marine nature reserve and remains the biggest seabird colony in the south of England.

Have been to Warcombe several times over the last couple of years and love it. It is lovely and peaceful and we really feel like we've completely relaxed when we go home (although we are always sad to leave).

The shower rooms are 1st class. Always plenty of hot water and always clean.

The security is very important to them, so you feel very safe here. The staff are the friendliest we've ever had.

I have been to other campsites, which I have enjoyed, but they are not a patch on Warcombe.

Keep up the good work guys.

Excellent and Friendly Stay
We stayed at Warcombe for the first time for 2 nights. We had a very friendly welcome and shown to a very adequate pitch for our tent with plenty of space. We had access to hire a bench on the pitch and they also had Wifi facility for purchase which we did. Reception was very helpful and friendly and Glynn (warden) was brilliant, very friendly and helpful with lots of knowledge of the local area. Nothing was too much. Facilites very clean. Would definitely recommend for friends and family to visit as site in a lovely quiet surrounding.
